Terms of service
Draft for review. This document describes how we intend to operate and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, so it is not a final agreement.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the rights to any artwork you upload. Accounts are for the person or studio that created them.
Your work stays yours
Uploaded brand assets, projects, renders and case studies belong to you. We store them to operate the service and do not use client work to train models or promote the product without written permission.
Renders, credits and plans
Renders and generations consume credits at the rates shown when you start them. Failed renders are refunded to your credit balance. Subscription access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not upload artwork you have no right to use, attempt to bypass access controls, or resell catalogue source files as your own product.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product develops and will tell you about material changes. You can close your account at any time from Account settings.
