Privacy
Draft for review. This document describes how we intend to operate and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, so it is not a final agreement.
Your project assets stay private
Brand assets, projects and renders are private to your workspace. Storage is private by default and images are served through short-lived signed links, so nothing is publicly readable unless you create a share link yourself.
What we store
Account details, workspace membership, projects and their assets, render and generation records, credit ledger entries, purchase records, and product analytics events.
What we never send to third parties
Uploaded artwork, generation prompts, client names and payment details are never included in analytics or error reports. Those systems receive ids, categories and counts only.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. We store the resulting subscription and purchase records so entitlements and receipts work.
Deletion
You can delete your account from Account settings. Projects, assets and renders are removed; financial records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Non-essential analytics stay off until consent is given in regions where consent is required.
