Draft for review. This document describes how we intend to operate and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, so it is not a final agreement.
What you may do
Use renders and generated scenes in client presentations, case studies, portfolios, pitch decks, social posts and paid advertising for the identity shown in them.
Commercial use
Paid plans and individual purchases include commercial use. Free-plan renders are for personal and internal review use and carry attribution.
What you may not do
Redistribute or resell the scene, template or source file itself, present the catalogue imagery as your own product, or use renders to imply an endorsement that does not exist.
Source files
Where a purchase includes source files, they are licensed to the buying workspace for use in its own client work, not for redistribution.
Your artwork
We claim no rights over the artwork you upload. Renders that contain your artwork remain your work.
